Neonia was born in a classroom at NIFT Delhi — not in a boardroom, not as a passing trend, but as a deep belief in thoughtful, intentional design.

With over 16 years of experience in accessory design, our founder didn’t just learn how to make bags — she learned what they were originally meant to do: carry. To hold, to support, to move with you through your day. From that belief comes a simple principle we stand by — form follows function. Every detail exists for a reason.

But somewhere along the way, the industry drifted. Mass production replaced meaning. Craft was diluted. And bags became more about logos than lived experiences.

Neonia is a response to that.

We design for women who want to look like themselves — not like everyone else. Women who are creative, expressive, and quietly confident in their choices. They don’t follow trends; they interpret them. They bring the same thoughtfulness to what they carry as they do to what they wear, and how they shape their homes and lives.

Our bags are intentionally designed for real Indian women — their commutes, their workdays, their pace. Structured yet easy. Functional at the core, beautiful by design. Made to carry more than just essentials — without ever forgetting their purpose.

At the heart of Neonia is Indian craftsmanship. We work closely with skilled artisans, supporting fair livelihoods while preserving techniques that deserve to be seen, valued, and carried forward.

We create in small batches using consciously sourced materials, because we believe what you carry should reflect what you stand for.

And we don’t design in isolation — we listen. Our community shapes us, inspires us, and keeps us grounded. The intention is simple: to exceed expectations, in ways that feel personal and unexpected.
