At Neonia, each bag is crafted with care, attention to detail, and offered at special early-bird discounted prices. Because these pieces are part of a limited-time introductory offer, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order. Our team is always available to answer any questions you may have to help you make a confident purchase.


Incorrect Items

All Neonia bags go through a 2-step Quality Check process to ensure they are free from defects before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@neonia.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected product at no extra cost to you.
